I don't think you'll have to worry about anyone taking your "fortune" since in order to make a decent living you usually need to be able to spell and punctuate correctly.

Not every situation has the male paying child support. Who ever has custody of the child is the one responsible of child support. However, the judge does give the female more rights to have the child due to her carrying the child for 9 months and some odd days. Also going into labor and giving birth to the child puts her in an active role of giving the child a chance to live. Also to mention that she now has stitches in her vagina makes everything more reasonable for her to keep the child.
But, if the father of the child were to present a case where the mother can't take care of the child properly, then the father gets custody. This is very rare due to the fact that the father usually doesn't want the child in his life or does not want the child "messing up" his game with the ladies.
When you mention marriage, you forget the fact that there is something called a prenep. This document states that once this couple has decided to divorce, there is no chance of her getting anything of his.
Now if you have any more questions about why females have more advantage please go back into history and look at what men have done to women for almost the past millions of years. I know that it isn't just males mistreating females, but men like you need to wear condoms and learn the rules of the game...

I am really sorry that somewhere in your life you have been so deeply hurt and disappointed that you feel this way. But still, you climbed into some woman's bed for a few minutes of fun and games and I am certain you had an understanding of just how that simple act could end. Like it or not, dude, you fathered a child and you are responsible for that kid. I know family court sucks and it seems so unfair - and is, but it is all we have right now to ensure some quality of life for that little life you so carelessly created. Be a real man and become a father for that child because children need and deserve two parents. There are so many screwed up kids growing up in this society and that is the reason - mothers getting pregnant for the heck of it and dads not being dads. I agree with you on the trust issue, except I am the one with the land and money and I will be a widow before I ever let some man take my land from me. But please, don't punish an innocent child for his parents lack of common sense. And next time, take your brain out of your pants and put it back in your head where it belongs - use protection.

That is so true and I doubt that you will be taken in by ANY species!! You really have a hard heart and must have been dealt a bad deck some where down the line. You know we can blame other people all our lives or we can step up to the plate and take responsibility for what we need to do. You enjoyed making these kids or kid I am sure and they are also yours. Maybe that was your parents attitude about caring for you and I can understand how you must feel if that is the case but we need to change our life for the best and not stay in the same ole sorry state we may have been brought up in. Only you are responsible for you and the children you helped bring into this world. If you want any love from them when you are old, gray and lonely , you had better show them allot of love NOW before it is too late.

If you don't ever wish to parent a child, then by all means, do everything in your power to prevent conception!
It takes two to make a baby and you have just as much power to prevent it.
But once a child is born, it needs love, attention, guidance AND money. You owe that child all of that. As to the woman having all the control, that control ONLY exists during the period of pregnancy. After that baby is born, you can't force her to put it up for adoption, but you can assert your right to spend equal time with that child. You CAN and should be a father if you parent a child.
But with your attitude, you'd be a lousy influence so do the world a favor and get yourself a vasectomy. Then you don't have to sweat the misconception of what some woman "did" to you, because you'll have exercised proper care to insure that doesn't happen.

You need to become more informed my dear. Just because you are the guy does not mean you have to pay. Where i am, it is the one that makes the higher amount that has to give the other person, a percentage of, what the govt has outlined as reasonable money to raise a child.. There are so many factors that go into this, who has the child more?..is the child with each parent on an equal time basis?..DO both parents work?..If you are having a problem with this, i strongly urge you to go see a lawyer, or have one provided for you from the govt to help you with this.

I take it you lost the custody battle? So you are going to give up on your child now? Yeah, that's being the big man, the big dad!
So what are you going to tell this child when they get older? You ran away? Or you were not going to give away your fortune for nothing (for your child)?
It is not a trick. You are the biological father, she is the biological mother. And if you think for one moment that it is easy raising a child, think again. Given your attitude about supporting your child, sounds to me like the judge made the right decision. Your attitude says that it is all about you and your money, not your child.
Who is going to be sitting up with the child when they are sick, cooking and cleaning for the child? Not you. And all of your fortune cannot begin to pay for it.
By the way, keep your pants zipped or use protection so you do not have anymore children you refuse to support financially -- I say this as a tax payer. Thanks.

What kind of "man" would rather see his child on welfare than actually provide for him/her? Why should other hard-working taxpayers have to support a child that you played a part in bringing into this world? Let me ask you this...why would you take out this hostility on an innocent child. If you have issues with women, maybe you haven't met or attempted to meet the right one. You should never take out your anger caused by a woman on a sweet little child that never asked to be born in the first place. The reason to pay support is not so the woman "wins" its so the child YOU created can have food in its belly and clothes on its back. Did you eat today? Do you have shoes to go outside? Who do you think should pay for these items for YOUR child - the baby itself?

The root of all evil isn't money. It's self-centered hubris. And, brother, if you believe that punishing a woman by punishing an innocent child is acceptable, then you really have a deeply ingrained bad seed in your heart.
It's called responsibility. She didn't force your genitalia into hers. The child had nothing to do with your DECISION to do something that you knew, by doing it, this could happen. If your story is biographical, then I hope the police find you very soon. You do not need to pollute the gene pool any longer.

you apparently have NO IDEA how much it costs to raise a child these days. look buddy if you helped make that child then you will be held financially responsible for that child. I'd love to hear you say that in court. the judge would have your ***. you're the reason that ppl have abortions (even though i don't agree with it) you will not be paying nearly as the mother will . having a child is a full time job and it takes a whole lot of your paycheck.. get over yourself and grow up...
