He smiled as he reflected on how sweet and pure his little girl was.
Tears formed in his eyes as he thought about her seeing the
wonders of nature through such innocent eyes.
Suddenly she just stopped and stared at the ground.
He went over to her to see what work of God had captured her attention.
He noticed she was looking at two spiders mating.
"Daddy, what are those two spiders doing?" she asked.
"They're mating," her father replied.
"What do you call the spider on top?" she asked.
"That's a Daddy Longlegs," her father answered.
"So, the other one is a Mommy Longlegs?" the little girl asked.
As his heart soared with the joy of such a cute and innocent question he replied "No dear. Both of them are Daddy Longlegs."
The little girl, looking a little puzzled, thought for a moment, then took her foot and stomped them flat. "Well, we're not having any of that homosexual garbage in our garden"

I apologise if you think this is homophobic but it is certainly not meant to be. I am a cab driver and i was told this joke tonight by two gay men(one of which i went to school with). They could hardly tell it as they thought it was hilarious. Sorry again if you think it offends.

I like your joke/story. Thought you might like this...

A teacher friend of mine was doing playground duty recently at her primary school. She had to break up a commotion in the playgroung where two bigger boys were picking on a little boy, and beating him up for being a wuss and believing Santa exists. "But he must exist", said the little boy, "otherwise we wouldn't know what he looks like!"
Ah. bless!

I thought it was funny, not offensive at all! If anyone takes offense to that they need to take life a little less seriously!

Erm....I really didn't like that joke.

I'm sure you probably meant it in good fun and all that, but seems a bit too homophobic for my taste.
