some car crashed into me the other night and i have been to the doctors cuz of neck pain, now i wanna sue the Bit*h how much money could i get ?

i am in a bit of pain but to tell u the truth i do wanna make some easy cash and its not gonna be the person who crashed into me thats gonna pay its gonna be the Insurance. and i an not a whimp ! lol and i would just like a bit of money , im not talkin 1000's . i dont need any silly oppinions i want answers !

With that kind of attitude I'm not going to tell you what whiplash is worth. And I know. But you're clearly looking to cash in and I don't think you're even hurt!

See, that's where you're wrong. Just because the person who hit you isn't actually paying for your injury claim, EVERYONE pays in the long run! With insurance, you are all paying into a "pool" of $ that is used to pay for accidents. So technically, you're paying for it, and I am, and so is everyone else. For every person who just wants a couple hundred bucks drives up the losses paid, and then premiums increase. Take a hot shower and some Motrin and suck it up!

How much are you out? You can collect whatever it costs you medically assuming the other car is at fault. If you are looking for some way to exploit large sums of money, you won't get it.

General rule of thumb: Actual damages (Dr bills, lost wages) x 3 for "pain & suffering". From the sound of things, not much.

oh you are a whimp...i had horrible neck/back pain for a week after being rearended and i didnt see any doctor and i sure as hell didnt sue......im not for putting other people in bad positions and im fine now anyways...
