You can get marry when you 18 almost in all Europe.

Germany 18 generally, 16 with court consent (partner must be 18 or older).
Poland 18, 16 for females with court consent

Well the laws of Germany and Poland is quite different from the US it could probably the age of 18 or older. But you could go to wikpedia.com to search on these ordeals.
