Well, I agree, it depends how attractive YOU are, then again, everybody has different opinions. For instance : People tell me that I am attractive all the time, and I like people that some say aren't at all attractive. So try talking to her. Good luck. I hope that she will say yes when you ask her out.

Be nice, dress nice, be yourself, and walk up to her in a casual manner and introduce yourself. The very worst she can do is ignore you, or tell you she is not interested. You have nothing to loose except a simply rejection -- besides that, you might have the world to gain! She may become your girlfriend, lover, wife, etc! Go for it! Good luck!

Waste a drink on her shirt and offer to get her another. Though the outcome could be very bad or it could be love at first spill. I just pray it's not a cashmere shirt. Good Luck. :o)
