When you meet a girl, what do you notice more, looks or personality?

I prefer a womans looks and hope and pray that she is nice and not stuck up snotty or a wanna be head gamer like my ex-wife.

looks first, its REALLY BAD that that is the case.
Its a very real reminder that we are after all animals still. We look for somebody healthy enough to make healthy babies, even when we are 90. We aren't designed for being 90 mostly. A few hundred years ago and in many places today people are lucky to make 40.
Personality matters sooooooooooo much more. When we get old we stay in bed and chat for thousands of hours, nice to have good things to talk about when the equipment stops working.

just like you ladies be honest... do you prefer looks or personality... if a not so good looking guy steps up (like a gentalmen and polite) and ask you out or a chance to know you better you would tell him off or lie by telling them you have a b/f....looks plays a big role for both men and women..looks is the first stage..personality determins if we want to give the person a real shot or not...

When I first meet a woman, I see her looks. But that matters little, as what I want is a woman whose personality is compatible with mine.
Looks fade with time, but wisdom grows. I want someone whose wisdom will grow. And for that, only what she is on the inside matters.

Looks at first and personality second. No way I would bang a girl though that was hot bad had a terrible personality. both are neccesary.
