So you wanna lose weight? Do you want to keep it off, or just lose it for something thats coming up, like a high school reunion? The only way you can keep weight off for good is the way most people dread....exercise and good healthy food....diet pills are poison, they may actually make it harder for you to lose weight if you use them a lot...there is no quick fix...and diet pills aren't the answer....hard work and common sense works best.

You've got this all wrong. A "diet" isn't something you "do" until you "lose weight." Rather, it's a lifestyle change that elevates your activity level (exercise), modifies your eating (diet) until your weight stays at the desired level.

To lose 1 pound a week (And that is the safe rate) then you have to raise your calorie burn by 500 calories a day (1 hour of brisk walking), or lower your calorie intake by 500 a day (substitute veggies, fruits or salads for french fries, for instance), or some combination of the two.

Avoid the pills. They do one or more of the following: Make you hyper (hoodia, caffine, etc), make you poop more, or suppress appetite (trimspa, slimfast). When you stop doing those pills, your body is primed to put it all back AND MORE, because your body thinks that it might starve again. Worse yet, you won't have your lifestyle issues worked out (above).

I your like me u hate exercising.? Eat all the fruit and veggies u want before noon. a lunch with no carbs or sugar something lite... and a dinner containing fish, or chicken , or eggs, with a salad or soup. lots of water is always good. pop will only make you want more sugary foods stay away from caffeine. Remember to eat healthy snacks in between meals and don't eat after six. Also try Pilate's or yoga to tone up the pounds that your trying to lose good luck you should definitely melt inches within weeks.

diet pills only work if you diet and exercise, so whats the point. Stay away from carbs and anything fried. Keep your sugar low and you should be good....all else fails theres always gastric bypass. Thats what I did.

I've had well studies with Hoodia, inexperienced tea dietary supplements & cinnamon extract. Plus psyllium hull pills are fiber used to think complete. Just watch out and examine together with your physician that your healthful ample to nutrition.
