because they believe that when the women forgive them then they can get away with it. thats why you see men crying because their women was smart enough to dump them when they had the chance.

You already said the answer. Because women keep forgiving them, so they go out and do it again. There's no penalty, there's no making up for what they did wrong, there's just a sweet little woman who says, 'oh, that's all right. I know you didn't mean it' so sure, he's going to go do it again.
