Practicing witchcraft is against God's will for us if you use the Bible as your source of authority.

Good Question:) It' depends on what god you believe in. Most people down with JC will burn in hell for such blasphemy. People who believe in Ala, or Budha for example will sadden their god. Wiccans believe in many goddesses and gods, practice the craft as a way of life and believe in one major rule "Harm none and do as you will". By doing a love spell you will be potentially harming the person. Therefore pissing off the gods, maybe getting some instant karma three fold in this life, and then get spit out of Summerland in your afterlife, only to have to live your life again over and over till you get it perfect. Not to sound mean because I don't mean to be, but if you are going to be dabbling around in religion, unless you are an atheist, and you are quite sure nothing could possibly happen to you, you need to educate yourself in the religion before jumping into the fun stuff or what looks apealing to you. By educating yourself you will find that a love spell prolly won't work in any religion.

Well I believe God gave us all free will and choice. Personally, I do not think spells work, however, I do believe in karma and if you try to control, manipulate, it can brings some negative consequences. Think of it this way, if you yourself had some very adamant ideas about what you feel should happen in your life, then someone comes along with a different idea, and lets say uses what they consider a spell to control your values, beliefs and assumptions about life, would you not feel a little violated? The key is to accept others ideas, and appreciate the differences.

Manipulating another persons energy will drain your own. Not only that, but the other persons energy may resist your spell and send it back at you in such a chaotic form it could cause you to go blind, or to go mad.
You have to choose your target carefully. Ask yourself if this person has a strong energy, and if he'll be able to resist your magics.
You can't, as a neophyte, cast a spell on an expert, for example. The consequences WILL be dire.

Read this and I think it will answer your question:
Galatians 5:19-20 Now the deeds of the flesh are evident, which are; immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, SORCERY, enmities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, disputes, dissensions, factions, envying, drunkenness, carousing, and things like these, of which I forewarn you, just as I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things WILL NOT INHERIT THE KINGDOM OF GOD."
A spell is something that is considered witchcraft/sorcery.
I encourage you to read and study the bible. Ask questions and check the answers against the Word of God.
Hope this helps.

You could get involved with things that you may rather avoid if you decide to use witchcraft. The use of spells was strictly forbidden to the Israelites in the Law covenant (Deuteronomy 18: 9-13)
This should show us that God does not approve of it.

I know several people who have spirits of some sort following them around as a result of the things they dabbled in in their past. If you do decide to dabble in witchcraft, you better by God do your research and know exactly what you're getting into. This is not something to randomly do for fun or just to get a guy. This is a major decision.

Yes, it will go against God's commands. Deuteronomy 18:10-12. It says in part: "There should not be found in you anyone... who binds others with a spell or anyone who consults a spirit medium or a professional foreteller of events or anyone who inquires of the dead. For everybody doing these things is something detestable to Jehovah, and on accountof these detestable things Jehovah your God is driving them away for before you. "

It isn't dangerous, I've casted spells before and I'm fine. Whether or not it works depends on a number of factors. It probably goes against the christian god.

If you're not Pagan or Wiccan and are just dabbling in stuff you don't know much about, I say don't do it. While there is nothing wrong with being a true Witch, there IS something wrong with going against your own religion.

God does frown on witchcraft. I was a practicing Wicca in the past and can do stuff, but God really doesn't like us mucking about with magicks.
Magick is all about balance so be careful.
