Biking....Think of it as toning not loosing weight.

I set my bike up on a free cycle stand and I will just bike while watching movies in front of the tv.

I get so wrapped up in the movie..I forget I am biking.
I dropped 35 pounds!

The trick is..only watching movies you have never seen before so you get wrapped up in the movie.

Biking...tones the whole body from arms on down, even the abs and burns calories like wild fire.
But I mean REAL biking on a bike outside although some gyms have "spinning" classes on bikes which work almost as well.

walk, theres an exercise specifically for the butt called the fire hydrant. Get down on all fours and lift leg like dog peeing on a firehydrent.

Use that stationary bicycle, build the muscles and lose the fat. You will look terrific.
