I am currently dating my bosses son, which is 19 and I am 29, and his dad found out. He dont improve of it but he doent seem to be all mad about it.

I think he's too young for you, you are almost thirty! with men dating a younger woman is different, woman mature quicker than men!!
you will soon find that there is not be much that he has in common with you.
your boss disaproves because his son is a lot younger than you, it's not that serious, I think that you should find someone else, someone older, unless the two of you are in love!
but you don't want someone hating you (your boss) because you are dating their young son, especially if it's not going to last long. move on to something worth risking!

If you like him, yes but if you are just having fun then no. Even if your boss approves or doesn't approve of this you are 10 years older. That could be an issue. But like I said - if you like him then yes.

well, it is never a good idea to mixbusiness with pleasure, but you are both consenting adults. keep you personal stuff out of the office though. you wouldnt want to complicate things more
