I hear alot of religious adults talk about how sinful teenagers are regardless of thier beliefs.
Why is this commonly said about teens?

Old people have been saying this about the younger people since the dawn of time. They are just jealous that you're young and they're not, and you seem to be wasting your lives. You'll understand in about 20 years, don't worry.

It's probably been said about every generation of teenagers throughout time. People get older and quit having as much fun then they see the teenagers having all the fun and think it's wrong. Even though most of the adults that say this were once young themselves and did sinful things, they have an easier time rationalizing what they did than what other kids do.

Because I think you'll find that some of the most religious folks out there have very sketchy pasts. Maybe they're clean now, but they remember having alot of fun, and now wish to deny it to others.

Don't get me wrong, it's good to clean up your life, but don't forget how you got to where you are. . .not from being a boy scout.

teenagers are just what they are teens, it is very normal for teens to be curious creatures, they are not ready for adult hood but one day they will get there and make better choices.
