I've started to loose weight but now all of my fat of my lower stomach seems a lot looser than before....does this mean that I'm going to have a lot of extra skin? how can i help to reduce the amount of skin i might have after I loose the fat?

Unfortunately, the only answer is probably plastic surgery to remove the excess skin. Great job on the weight loss!!

Youcan't. Sucks doesn't it ? I had twins a year ago and i have alot of loose skin in my lower abdomin.;I gained and lost 115 pound during and after my pregnancy. I am gonig to get a tumy tuck because that is the only way to get rid of it.I hate it so much. Youcan try to massage it with half cup olive oil,half cup of aloe vera,6 vitamin e caps,and 6 vitamin a caps.Mix it all together and massage into the skin,and do it for ten minutes 2 x a day.It does make the skin tighter.I have a whole bunch of stretch marks and those do not go away.Try the mix,it does work some in skin firming

Good for you for loosing weight.

Now you have to get a real good "girdle", i hope that's the thing i wanna tell you... it's like a body made of spandex to keep you tight and your loose skin will reduce if you keep it tight to yoour body.

Eat in front of a person rather than screen. It cuts down on mindless eating and makes you more accountable for each chunk.

For sandwich-lovers, use spinach or swiss chard leaves rather then a wrap, skip the cut of cheese, and load on the veggies.
