Okay.

Pineapple sorbet
Vanilla ice cream
Pineapple malibu
Ginger ale
(And perhaps vodka)
All mixed in a big punch bowl?

Should I try it?

Also, what would happen if I put actual pineapple chunks in the pineapple malibu and let it sit overnight? Would the pineapple soak up some of the malibu do you think?

Yeah thats true. Instead of vanilla ice cream I can use mango sorbet or something :)

Actually I changed my mind. Ill put a little bit of sprite in it. It wont add too much flavour but a little bit of fizzy. Beause sometimes its just nice to sit down and sip a fizzy drink :)

milk (ice cream) + alcohol don't mix- makes you feel sick, unless you've tried milk + alcohol before and felt fine, i wouldnt try this

I don't think it will absorb all of the Malibu but it sounds yummy!

The drink sounds like a good punch I would put Vodka in it just to balance out the sweetness of the pineapple and ice cream go light on the ginger ale its only good for the bubbly effect.

yes try it by all meens, it sounds really good! You could even try a flavored vodka or maybe captain morgan rum. YUM YUM!!!! I do think the pineapple would soak up some liquor, not much. It would be cool to soak some up and offer it as a snack though.

I would leave out the ginger ale - I think that adds too many flavors. The rest of the stuff sounds like it would make a great tropical drink. Cheers!

your punch will be delicious. By all means, soak the fresh pineapple in Malibu it will certainly absorb the alcohol.
