every time i ask a question i lose 5 points. is that natural? is that supposed to happen? why? how? when? what? where? EXPLAIN PLZ!!

Yes!! Everyone loses 5 points when they ask a question. If you click on your points, then you can see the points chart, and it says
"Ask a question................................................... -5 points

Yes you lose 5 pts when you ask but gain 3 back when you pick a best answer. So all you have to do is answer 1 question more and you're back with your 5! How easy is that?
And like the others said it is stated in the rules.

no u aren't i can't stand it when people have to lose 5 points when we ask a question and gain only 2 points when we answer!! and there is a 5% chance that ur answer will be the best answer if there are tons of answers already there!

click on your little thing in the corner. it'll take you to a page that will tell you about the point rules. You get points for answering, you lose points for asking, Thats why its good not to ask stupid questions. Theres more to the point rules that I didn't answer, so stop reading & go click on it!!!

haha, thats funny. yeah you lose 5 to ask a question and gain 2 every time you answer and 10 when you're rated best answer. just their rules i guess

ecery one that askes a question loses 5 pionts it is the rules and even i lost pionts and i dont worry about it
