acne tips

Basic Acne Washing Routine

Before you attempt the other acne treatment techniques you must be sure that you are currently using the proper washing routine. Keeping your face clean requires that you wash it two times per day, three times at the most. You must be very careful to avoid overdoing it. Skin must maintain the proper pH levels to remain healthy. Over washing will make your face dry and irritated causing more breakouts. Many times individuals will vigorously scrub their skin when they wash it. I do not recommend this because such treatment will only serve to irritate the skin causing more breakouts.
Note, acne is not caused by "dirty" skin it is the result of clogged pores infected with bacteria. Therefore, washing alone does not prevent acne. Washing is no mystery treatment, in fact washing alone will not prevent acne. It simply serves to remove dirt and oil at the surface level. Although washing alone may not prevent acne, the wrong type of washing can aggravate acne making it worse.

Follow these recommendations: wash your face by gently rotating your soap lathered hands on your face. I do not recommend face cloths as they may irritate the skin. Use a mild nonabrasive soap. Rinse well with warm water. Using a clean soft towel, gently pat dry your face.

Check out the website it has some very good information... Happy Washing....

extremely maximum medical doctors could have you ever provide up shaving and then use the remedy for dissimilar motives, yet greater often than not because of the fact once you shave you aggravate your dermis. medical doctors who say "do no longer hardship approximately shaving" normally are in simple terms attempting to declare "hello this is in simple terms puberty and additionally you will get zits no rely what" .. to a point this fact is actual. you will get zits no rely what you do, and thats because of the fact of your age. i could say confirm you wash your face okay, once you're in simple terms using cleansing soap confirm you incredibly rub the cleansing soap on your face as a exchange of a washcloth or your palms or whathaveyou. This helps to sorta dry out the pores. warmer water mutually helps too. yet it drys out the exterior alittle a lot. yet lower back to what you're asking.. sure it does rely particularly because of the fact of inflammation greater often than not. regardless of if, you're able to desire to no longer assume a hundred% mushy sparkling dermis at your age.. this is in simple terms portion of turning into an grownup.. via the time you're 18-21 it extremely is going to be clearning up or thoroughly long gone and that's extremely whilst it counts. college/females/etc ;)

Any treatment with benzoyl peroxide helps. In addition, I have had good results with the Igia blemish pen - it's a zit zapper that works on a battery and it helps to clear bumps and breakouts quicker (don't use on broken skin, tho)

use any of the products for acne on:

I used to have bad acne, and Paula Begoun's stuff is the best, back by medical research, not just "fluff research" done by cosmetics companies. There's also tons of great information on her website.

DO NOT use toothpaste on your acne! The mint in it, let alone the other pore-clogging ingredients, will make them even more irritated and red.

aside from the poping them...JK

use a stringent...keep your face clean as much as possible by using this.

or, if you want ... get rubbing alchohol and clean your face (it will dry up the pores and remove grease, dirty and bacteria from your face).

I assume your rather young...remember that zits are common during your younger years...I remember having them..and BOY I hated them..but they went away rather quickly (by the time I was a Sophomore in HS).

good luck!

Well, that really depends on your skin type. If you have kind of oily skin, you might want something that drys it out a little. However, I think that it's better to go to a dermotologist than to try a ton of different treatments. They know what's best, believe me.
