I would like to get my lpn diploma online

Look into your local community college - you should be able to take certain classes online, however, you will have to be present for your practical (you cannot get the degree through online courses alone).

I'm sure you can buy one just not sure it will be real or not. Maybe you can take your GED that would be a high school diploma.

You'll have to do clinicals. If you don't have a health care background, online probably is'nt a good idea.
