Seriously, Vics Vapo Rub, put it on the pimple, since it is cystic it may open and (yuck) ooze a little. It will start to clear up in two days. I have been through this. My sons were on his cheeks and his forehead. One was right at an 3/4 in in diameter. They started to clear in 2 days and GONE in week.

I have heard of applying heat to boils, which are simular... just don't pick at it... that will for sure leave scars... hope this helps

nothing really....it is deep in your skin so you cannot squeeze it unless it comes to a head.....leave it alone or try to put a dab of rubbing alcohol on it to possibly help dry it out, just don't use a lot of it!!!

My son has three of these on his face and his Dr. told him just to leave them alone, or you will cause more issues.
