We are really good friends the guy she is dating is a friend. i have liked this girl since like 3rd grade and really like her and wanna chance. she tells my friends that she just see me as just a friend whitch i dont' even get.how do i try to get a chance with her and/or get her to break up with her b/f

This isn't a good idea and I'm risking and your risking a lot by doing this... Tell secrets behind her back and make her b/f look like a dork in front of her and when shes sad about it, comfort her and be cool.

Well making her break up with her current bf is not being a good friend to her. I think you should just respect her decison for now and just wait. If you really like her you shouldn't think about yourself and think about her. I think she might be a little shy or somethig, but for now respect her decison and if they ever break up just be there for her and she'll know how you care and who knows she might develop feelings for you!!!
Just open up when the time comes!
