Eat at least 3 meals a day and snack in between meals. Milk shakes are great for putting on weight. Drink a lot of them for a snack. Eat lots of bread, pasta, and dairy products. Any candy you feel like eating go ahead and indulge, but make sure you are eating your veggies with a balanced meal. Lay around for a week or two and rest. Limit your exercise and voila! Gain weigh!

I don't really know. My aunt is a RN and she says to drink ensure.I have tried that and it really didn't work for me. I am 28 years old, 5'2'', and weigh 90 lbs and I have had 2 babies. I gained 40 lbs each time but lost it within a day or two. Absolutely unbelievable. They need to have more wight gain programs. I get tired of hearing, honey are you sick or something?(lol)

start a workout session. wen u get older u will not be used to working out and all that never gained weight will catch up with u...like, a lot of weight

maybe go on birth control
every body that does gains weight

try boost or maybe herbalife,its a good supplement that helps people gain weight

try adding more protein in ur diet.... protein shakes or bars... go to a nutrition store they will give u the best one's for ur body built...

donuts.. specifically, krispy kremes.. every moment you can.. plus some exercise.. that would give you a whole lot of curves..
