In India!, there are hardly any QC measures
adopted. For example,

1. Synthetic Milk
2. Adultrated Khoya.
3. Adultration of Vegetable Oil.
4. Adultration of Engine Oil.
5. Mixing of Kerosine with Petrol.
6. Adultration in Gold and Silver.
7. Adultration in meat products.
8. Slaughtering Sick animals for human
consumption.
9. Injecting vegetables with Oxytocin
to grow them big.
10. Mixing tamarind seeds in flour.
11. Mixing saw dust in Chilly powder,
and all types of masalas.
12. Giving pesticides in Colas.
13. Unfiltered potable water supply
to all.
14. Adultrated cement for construction.
15. Improper weighing of all material (less-given)

Although there are Government Regulations
to check adultration, but nothing is being done
to curb them. As the Law makers(Executive- Parliament)
is full of criminals. SO FORGET ABOUT QC MEASURES.
