this week i've been feeling very tired and weak. The past 3 weeks i have been exercising twice a day for 45mins each time, 6 times a week. This week i have had to force myself to get out of bed and exercise. I eat 5 small meals a day, i avoid all sugary and fatty foods. My diet consists of only some dairy, vegetables, fruits and protein. In a day i consume between 700-850calories, i know its a very small amount but because i eat every 2 hours im never feeling hungry. I've noticed that this week i have lost my appetite. My main goal is to lose 10kgs by summer and to tone up all over. Could i have over trained myself and burnt out? or could it be that im not eating enough or gaining all the nutrients that my body needs?

When I lost weight, I was VERY tired the first month and more. I was sleeping A LOT. I lost a pound a week. The first month is brutal. The eating is more important than the exercise so if you do feel extra tired from a cold or something, at least continue with you healthy eating. I didn't count calories, but just ate low-fat meals and excercised each day. Perhaps you need more food. 800 calories doesn't sound like much, but if your eating 5 meals, that must be okay. Sound like you are doing an excellent job! I lost 70 pounds and have kept it off for over five years. Just stick with it. Everyday is the key. Good luck!

Yeah I just did this same thing. My doctor said my cholesterol was "dangerous" so I went on a diet and exercise program. Daily hard exercise and ate almost no fat of any kind. I overtrained and felt great when I lost a bunch of weight and my readings came down to normal. But I felt dizzy at the end of the day and finally realized I did too much at once. Your body needs a certain amount of fats and nutrients and will tell you if it's not getting the basics. I now have a more moderate program and am still losing weight but just not so radical with it. Good luck.

Yes it could as you need to eat for protein and nutrient ... Let me help you ... I have discovered something that changed my life and my health. It's not a "diet plan" because you don't skip meals, you can still eat normal foods. This plan is simply "added" to your current daily routine. I have lost 17 pounds and 2" in my waist in 21 days without skipping meals and without exercise. I have also added a "Natural & Healthy" Energy drink 2 times a day to my life as well as a miracle super juoice. I works and the people of my church will tell you the same thing. Check it out it really works www.newlifestyletoday.org Pastor J ~ Texas

Yes all of the above. You need more calories than this, you can lose weight with more calories too. You can cut your workouts back to an hour a day, just go once. You won't need any more than this, the combo of working out too much and eating too little is making you tired. Eat a little more, go once a day, and you'll feel alot better.
Have you cut out all your carbs? This will also make you really tired, as these give you energy, and because of all the working out you're doing, you're depleted, we call this "hitting the wall" when you lose your appetite and are too tired. You're wearing yourself out, slow it down and eat the right things and you'll lose weight and feel better too.
