I am under 18 years of age how do i find out if i am adopted or not?

i tried asking my parents but they just say no.

i dont look like anyone in my family either

What makes you think you are adopted (did you ask your parents if you are adopted about it?)

Not looking like your parents is not an indicator that you are adopted... If your parents have told you that you are not adopted then you aren't. Why would they lie to you? You may need to ask your parents to tell you about the day you were born and this could put you at ease...Do they have photos of you in the hospital when you were born? Do you have brothers and sisters that look similar to you or your parents?

Its true, you are adopted. i am your dad... kidding of course. there is a web service that sends you a dna kit in the mail. cant remember the name of it its genetics some thing . i used it once and it was 150 bucks . they send you a test tube and swap and a packet. you mail it back to them for results. i would think you need two, grab some dna from mom. good luck im sure your not or they would tell you

DNA test... if u can get their blood samples somehow. But you're under 18.... you can always go to the Department of Social Affair, and from there, they can guide you through..

most parents would tell their children if they're adopted or not. or else they think the child will "go on an adventure and discover who he his on his own".
haha. i don't know. but you don't have to look like your family to be related. but hey..if you're happy where you are...why do you care???
