I think the first one was Jesus, and two was Anakin Skywalker. Of course, George W. said something similar as well.

Well the first is easy, that would be Jesus.
The second, lots of people say that. Its just a terrible rewording of the first quote.

1) "He that is not with me is against me" was found 2 times in 2 verses in the New Testament.

Matthew 12:30 - He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad.

Luke 11:23 - He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth.
