Me and my bro get along but if i do one thing wrong he threatens me by saying " if u dont... im gonna hit u" and my parents wont do a dam thing about it what should i do???

and that was a week ago just because he was pissed off at his girlfriend.....
Im like his freaking stress reliever
and he's in freaking anger management already and he has an ankle bracelet i mean he beat up a fricken 8 year old cause he was annoying him and now he's taking it out on me by annoying me and beating me and making fun of my friends.

First, ? your actions..Second..? his....Then.....If it's worth it....Stand up for yourself......Intellect is always a good partner to any conflict...But threats and intimidation sometimes must be dealt with in an aggressive manner. I've been a middle bro for 18 years...and I STILL WANT TO BEAT EM BOTH UP FOR SOMETHING OR ANOTHER! I'm 32, my youngest bro is 18 this week, my oldest is 39. Step up...be assertive..but don't get yourself beat up. The emegency room is no place to solve family disputes,.....neither is jail

Your situation is pretty tough, well.... if I were you I'd fight back the best way I know how. But to be positive in this situation, if your parents can't handle the situation, go to a higher authority who will help.

hey its OK its normal trust me i have 4 older brothers. me being the youngest ,13, i get beat up the worst. i have learned that if u try to b nice to them and try not to get in their ways every thing usually turns out alright! get to know Ur brother really well and they will become one of Ur best friends! trust me now me and 3 of my brothers get along great!

Tell another adult, a teacher or someone at school. No person should have to live with threats of physical violence. Even though you're a kid, you do have rights. Please stand up for yourself!
