Out of curiosity, why does it seem difficult to imagine a man choosing "Love" as a nickname?

I'm not suggesting everyone has made that assumption, but it has happened a little too often to be chance.

Why is it difficult for some to imagine a man lives for Love?

Love is viewed as sensitivity. He's a man and some man dont like to show their sensitive side.
