I swear the past three nights I have woken up hearing a chirp coming from my quaker. Is this normal?

My quaker chirps in her sleep also... Not too much but she does sometimes.

Birds talk more when they feel safe. They don't make noise as they will become prey in the wild but when they feel safe they make more noise.

My meyers parrot chirps if she hears me speak, or some other noise. I tell her it's allright, go back to sleep.

Is your bird covered? Is there a light that goes by -car headlight, etc that wakes it up? or some noise in the house.

Sometimes I can't tell the difference between the bird chirp and the noise the smoke detector makes when the batteries are low!

yeah my bird used to chirp in its sleep. it wasn't anything bad. do cover it, and, if it's bothering you, perhaps move it to a room where you can't hear it at night.

Yeah, some birds make noise in their sleep. I heard of someone who had an african grey who would talk (in english) in his sleep! How adorable is that? :)
