There is a possibility you have chronic fatigue syndrome, however, I would first discuss your symptoms with your doctor as you may be experiencing some some symptoms of depression.

I have read several of your previous questions and it sounds like you are mentally very ill. Please go to a Dr asap before it gets worse. There are newer anti-psychotics these days that aren't as bad as the older ones that could possibly really help 'clear your head'.

You have lost interest in your daily activities, and you have no energy....
Sounds like depression to me.
I would go to the doc and ask for Cymbalta
My mother is on it, and she has been on lots of meds...
She says it works great.
Good LUCK!
