I'm not sure abt this but i've heard that by drinking milk with saffron added in it while pregnant would help to improve the colour of the baby

The colour of the unborn baby is determined by genetics. Nothing you can do once the baby is under construction.

The first thing you need to know is that you can never tell the color of unborn baby. And moreover, colour is genetically determined. U can't change it!!!

Apparently, the Oriental people believes drinking the water that Gingko seeds has been boiled in with sugar to taste, will produced babies that are born fair and lovely.....of course, it is drank by the pregnant Mum!
