It would be just another failed suicide attempt.
You said 'completely drunk', not 'passed-out drunk', which you need to be in order for you to be successful. Otherwise your auto-immune system kicks in and at first you cough like crazy from the carbon-monoxide fumes and the hard coughing kicks your adrenal glands into overtime and you sober up immediately from the shot of adrenaline in your system and you almost automatically without thinking take 'save-your-own-*ss' action by turning off the ignition, opening the garage door, and then while still coughing, you go into your house where your parents look up from their newspapers and seeing you weepy red-eyed and slack jawed they ask you, "Not drunk enough - again, huh?" You say, "Nope..." and you slink off to bed.
Tomorrow, tomorrow, ... I'll try again tomorrow, it's only a day away...!
Now stop this nonsense!

Your thinking old car...smoke.. The exhaust is what does you in..new car or old. Or this could be a trick question...just turning on the ignition..isnt going to do anything,,,maybe run your batteries down.

just turning on the ignition would bother you at all what you need to do is start the car for us and come back and let us know what happened.
