You can make a diet and exercise plan that's healthy & everything. (and its free)

Though I have to admit you don't sound very heavy. But, its your body and I won't judge. Good luck.

YOU don't need to lose weight!! You are fine the way you are! But if you are really gonna stress about it, here are some tips:
I would suggest that at least cut down on desserts and high-calorie foods. You should eat overall healthier foods, throw in some veggies, substitute candy and ice cream snacks for fruit and veggies.

Even cook your own meals so that you can control what you eat. I, personally love cooking. Find a good cookbook, and cook up a feast for your friends and family!

Oh- and I almost forgot- dont't forget to exercise!! Just jog around a nearby lake, stop by the gym, whatever you feel comfortable with. Fit it into your daily routine. Do some yoga; stretch in the morning.

I hope I've helped!!

You seem really quite slender already, but it's hard to tell off just figures. If you really want to lose that weight, you might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well.

If I had to lose 7 lbs in 2 weeks I would start off tomorrow on liquids only, that'll take about 5 lbs off the first day, then the second day, eat light, like fruits and vegies, and stay with it, you'll probably lose more then 7 before you need to, but that'll give you a head start for your Christmas diet., good luck

Wow, you are nice and a good size! You are little bit less than average weight! I don't think you need to lost anymore than that.

If you are really concerned about it, try some crunch excercise.

1: Lie on your stomache and bend your knees comfortably
2: Without using your legs' muscle, do a regular sit up but stop in half way and hold it like that for few seconds
3: Lie on your back again but don't fall, you have to be able to control it

Do this for 10 minutes a day! You have to be able to feel the pretty pain in your stomache though.

Watch what you eat, small portion but eat at least 3 times a day. Remember, you don't want to starve yourself! Take care!

Its unlikely you'll be able to lose 7lbs for halloween. I wish It was possible though, I would do it myself. As for losing 15lbs by christmas, that is possible. Im aiming for 12lbs before christmas. The best way is to work out regularly and eat healthily. So I would recommend including both strength training and cardio into your workouts. Cardio burns calories immediately, whereas strensgth training allows you to develop muscle. This is equally as important as cardio b/c muscle burns more calories to sustain itself when resting that fat. Strength training 2 x per week and 30-45 mins cardio 4-5 times per week. There are lots of resources online regarding diet and exercise but i would recommend going to a nutritionist who will help you to make the necessary changes healthily. They are fairly inexpensive now as are covered in part by most insurance plans. Just one thing... 125lbs at 5"3 is not overweight.

Reading all those diet books wont do you any good, unless you remember one thing. Dont eat so much , its still the only way to lose weight. And if you can try to do a little excercise such as jogging , biking , or even walking might help. And dont eat so much in the evening, the fats and calories you intake will just sit in there and goes straight down to your stomach and make a build up of fat deposits , the one they called flat tire. or baby fats good luck

Take it easy. You weren't in such a hurry to gain it, were you? So all of a sudden you think you're going to just dump those calories? Nah, girl. You could hurt yourself.

Consult your doctor. Get a diet which does not starve you radically. If you try starving yourself, you're just going to binge later. Exercise, drink water before meals, during exercise, and in hot weather.

Don't resort to diet pills. Eat a healthy diet, and work out. Take long walks, go swimming, dance a lot. Make sure you check with your doctor. There are no miracle cures. If anyone promises you one, they're trying to sell you something.

This is actually a good weight for you, but if you're wanting to lose cut back on your portions, limit the sweets, fried foods, chips, fast foods, and get some exercise somehow, this will help take it off pretty fast.

I have discovered something that changed my life and my health. It's not a "diet plan" because you don't skip meals, you can still eat normal foods. This plan is simply "added" to your current daily routine. I have lost 17 pounds and 2" in my waist in 21 days without skipping meals and without exercise. Check it out it really works www.newlifestyletoday.org Pastor J ~ Texas
