Squeeze it.

I think what many people here are failing to realize when they tell you to squeeze it, is that you are actually pushing some of the pus deeper into your pore. While you might squeeze much of it out, some if it actually goes in the opposite direction, reinfecting later on. Also, as others have mentioned, it does indeed cause scarring. Never squeeze a whitehead til it burts. You are best to just cleanse the skin and use either something with 2% salicylic acid or Benzoil Peroxide. (I believe they have one that is a 10% on the spot treatment of benzoil peroxide available now over-the-counter.) If you are truly desperate and can't wait (and I still really don't recommend this) it's better to lance the whitehead with a needle that has been cleaned in rubbing alcohol. Clean the pimple with the rubbing alcohol as well. the take the need and poke a hole right in the top of it. Then take a piece of sterile gauze and wipe up the pus that will come out. But don't push on it, as you will push the pus inward and cause a scar.

Pop it, babe.

Wash your hands carefully with soap. Position your thumbnails on either side of the base of the pimple, and squeeze in hard. It will probably hurt, but it will pop. Do this until a small hard white particle "the core" comes out. If you don't get it out, it'll be even worse later, so be SURE. It might bleed a little but it's okay. Then clean it gentle and put some Neosporin on it to keep it from scarring.

I don't think you want to go walking around with that big ol' volcano on your face.
What you need to do is........(are you prepared??)....
Well, you need to grab a couple wash clothes or a pair of clean socks. Put them over your hands (for protection to your fingers = to help prevent scarring.)
Now, get ready and SQUEEEEEEEEZE!!!!
I guarantee you..... your volcano will have erupted!
You gotta make sure you squeeze all the lava (I mean pus, blood and water) out. Once you've squeezed all the juices out, clean the area with some hydrogen peroxide or rubbing alcohol (if you can hack it!) Then shove a glob of white toothpaste (such as Colgate) over the open pit to help it dry out (preferably overnight).
By the next day, that big ol' volcano should be dormant.

Good Luck!

I got a best answer on this.

-Pop it
-Pimple should start bleeding
-Keep squeezing out the blood and absorbing it with a tissue till you see a clear liquid.

Yes, it's really gross, but it helps. The blood that comes out of a pimple is dirty, full of germs and oil. You squeeze that blood out and absorb it so it won't spread to other pimples. When it turnes into a clear liquid, it means it's clean. Pimples are red, meaning it's dirty and needs to be cleaned. If you follow the steps, they become fully cleaned and invisible.

That white thing is called pus and there is only one way ( I seriously DO NOT recomend it) to get it out:
You have to punch it with your hands or a little niddle. The best way to get rid of them is by the time, but it`s horrible to have those things, I know!

Popping it will make it go away, but might leave a scar, if your patient and put acne medication on it will dry it up and not leave such a visible scar.

pop it. NOT until it bleeds, just to empty the pus out of the whitehead. Afterwards, smother it with clearasil. (or toothpaste, if you don't have clearasil)
