There in no doubt that the punishement WILL NOT fit the crime.
Poor little 14 year old children!!!!!!!!!
I personally think the justice system in the UK is a disgrace.
My heart goes out to the family for their loss. And the fact that these little scrotes will NOT receive the punishment they deserve.

Dont think so, they most likey will be misunderstod from poor families who sit on their a...s watching sky tv all day & feed their kids rubbish.
Most likely be given a nice holiday some where sunny & warm with a nice social worker in tow to counsel them.
Dont knock the police they will present all the evidnce to the CPS they will decide what goes before the court. Then its up to the magistrate & judge if it gets that far.
Oh by the way they are out on bail so no bail conditions will be given so they can go on their merry way creating havoc in the local area

That's awful....I haven't seen any news today; thoughts with the family, and as for those 3........like all others previously there won't be justice as sentences are too small/soft and there is no deterrent for anyone NOT to commit crime these days. More serious punishments, more consequences equals less crime.....why can't the people who are meant to make this world safer for us all do the math?

another life has been taken away, not that any of the 3 lads care or the judge who will sentence them care either. instead he will sentance them to play in prison with psp's until they are relest from their crime. he might even send them on holiday?
were's the justice for the family of this little life that has been taken away.
the reason this happened is quite simply their is no law to stop this kind of crime or any other crime.

The punishment should be life.
That poor baby has had its life cut short by a set of idiots who have total disregard for human life.
Now the parents and family have a life sentence.

the punishment never fit's the crime, I just read that a killer is in a halfway house for a year at most, for torturing and killing an innocent young boy, it's called "useless offender" in Canada.

the driver is the only one that can be charged with the death of the child, the other 2 can only be charged with allowing to be carried, and if the 14 year old admits to driving he will get of with a ban.
