No you can't make it busy on purpose.I really do not think a cell phone can give a busy signal. It sounds like there is problems with her phone or her net-work.When both lines of a cell phone are being used your call would automatically be forwarded to the voice mail. I don't think shes tryin to avoid you, sounds like network problems. Send er a text and see if she responds to that, you never know maybe the tex will make it through to her phone.Good Luck

When you hit end on the phone it goes right to voice mail.....DOES NOT cause a busy signal!!! If she was having phone trouble that is still probably the case. I don't think she is blowing you off she is probably freaking out that you haven't called! Hope this helps!!

You do realize that you are being a hypocrite right? You complain that he doesn't answer your calls and then do the same to him. Then you have the gall to call him unreasonable...hope you didn't bite your lip when you said that. No he is just fine, sometimes he can't answer your calls because he is busy. However you are punishing him by doing the very thing you don't like. You are childish and immature, he needs to dump you and quick.

i dont think so.... maybe its her voicemail?
Because cell phones don't have busy signals. They usually have call waiting, and if Both of your lines are used, (call waiting and your normal one) it goes right to the voice mail

When the call comes in, just hit "end" and it becomes busy, or goes to voice mail.
