in icefall cave in fire/leaf you'll find swinub.
apparently it's in XD
and you can breed from the piloswine you get in colosseum

First, you sneak up behind him and knock him out. Then, you cover his nose and mouth with a hankerchief soaked in chloroform to keep him from waking up. You stuff him in a bag and take him to the nearest Pokemon day care where they can raise him for you. simple as that dude.
