Hi there...consider posting an ad through Petfinder http://www.petfinder.com or Craigslist http://www.craigslist.org . Locate your state then nearest city from the included Craigslist link. Under the section Community then subsection Pets you will be able to post there for free, however consider asking for a small adoption fee which you can later negotiate when you meet the right family. There are many people who look for free pets to be sold for research, bait training for fighting dogs and/or unfortunately people who would like to torture animals. Therefore, recommend that you will requiring a home inspection for a few months over a period of time to ensure the kitten will not be sold again.

Advertise in the paper or at the local pet supply shops...Be careful of the humane society...If the kitties don't get adopted they may be killed...Talk to the various local animal rescue organizations, most are no-kill organizations.

try word of mouth where you work and hang out also you can try placing ads in the newspaper for them just make sure you interview the people before handing the cats over to them

contact a local rescue group(www.petfinders.com will have a list)
for a fee your friend can have them post the cats for adoption and she can have a say in who gets to adopt them. it's even better if she can foster them until they find homes. it's a win/win cause the rescue will charge the adopter their fee(I paid $125 for my cat) which will go back to help them help more cats.
good luck

i think humane society in your area will be the best place to take care of them and animal lovers used to go there to adopt pets. that is what we used to do over here.

Well, you can give them to a no-kill shelter and they will find them homes.
