Someone said gays are not christian, how can they be christian if they displease God?
Mav wonder if all christians are perfect. Mav wonder if Christians ever mess up? Do you ever not follow through with a promise to God? Does every thought bring glory? Do you read bible everyday, have devotional time everyday, do you ever cuss. Do you ever think something bad about a neighbor whos lawn isn't mowed? Do you ever have pride?
All these things are displeasing to God - but you are still Christian.

I personally feel like God doesn't rank sin. Yes homosexuality is wrong in the eyes of God but so is stealing, and killing! Things that we all do are not always pleasing to Him. In some situations I find that people use their faith or beliefs as a veil to hide their true inner feelings about others and their ways. I myself am Christian but realize that not all people believe what I do so I try to leave judgement up to the one I believe is suppose to handle that! Everyone sins and no one is going to stop anytime soon but rather than condem one another we should try to uplift and help eachother even if we have different life styles or sexual orientaion!

There is a difference in committing a sin and living in sin.If someone sins and truly repents,he's forgiven.But that's because repent means to not do it again.I'm far from perfect,but I don't continue in sin.Thats what makes a christian.If you.Do I get angry from time to time?Yes but it's been many years since I became angry and hit or swore.Is my character above reproach.No and never will be(in this earth).Everybody wants to knock down christians for things.But if you're truly a christian you will not pick sin over righteousness.It's my aim to walk closer with the Lord.No not every thought brings glory to God,but more than not do.Do I fullfill everything I have vowed to God?Still working on it.But don't compare us to the one who should sin over God daily.We make fresh choices everyday to get rid of the gunk in our lives and just live with Him.

Who said that gays are not Christian, and on whose authority were they claiming it? Homosexual Christians are Christians if they have accepted Jesus as their Savior.
Anyone can be Christian if they displease God--so long as they have accepted Christ as their Savior and the Holy Spirit has entered their lives. The "point" of sending a Savior was that we could not save ourselves, since we all sin.
Do I have faults? Yes.

John 10:4

Matthew 7:21

But this one gets to the point-
9Do you not know that the unrighteous[b] will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality,[c] 10nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 11And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.
Christians do fall into sin- but the Holy Spirit convicts us- without conviction and repentence you are not following the Lord- I am not saying that christians are perfect- We arent! But we have Christ who has forgiven us and keeps us FROM sin- when we willingly sin and continue in it- that is someone who does not have the Spirit of God. That is why it says in Ephesians that once you are saved in Christ you are sealed with the Holy Spirit- also known as the "Helper" Jesus talks about in the Gospels.
--So that answer is, are you continuing to live in sin, and not care? Do you feel conviction? Do you love the Lord God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength?

We Christians are not perfect. We are on the road to perfection and told to strive for it. Gays can of course be Christians.

No one is perfect..
You can be a gay christian, as long as you don't act on your impulses.
