No, Hugh's accent does make him hot, but his face and charm would make you like him even more. He is sexy without the accent, to me.

Probably. I can't tell you how many average-looking, middle-aged men become fantasy material when they have a foreign accent. To Americans, I think the British, Scottish, Australian, and French accents are the sexiest.
