Constantly keep washing your face with soap and water and don't constantly keep touching your face because the salt on your hands make them appear and get bigger!!!

Well, everyone's skin is different, so I can't say anything for sure, but you should first use some kind of facial scrub, then a toner, then a drying lotion on the zit part overnight, which you can all find at places like bath & body works.

Or, if you're feeling thrifty, dove soap and Colgate Total toothpaste as replacement for the scrub and drying lotion, respectively, work just as well for me. Good luck :)

Well if it is just like 1 or 2 zits then u should pop it and while it is open put achohoal in it to dry it out. But if u are talking acne. I suggest proactive. It really does hlep my friend used it and i sweat i havnt seen a single blemish on her face.
NOTE: But before it does go away...concealer works better then cover up for me

Place a few drops of water on an aspirin tablet and make a paste. Put this paste on the zit. It will take care of it fast! I hope this helps.

use a benzoyl peroxide solution, as strong as you can get, that works really well. Mary Kay sells a set of acne treatment that works like a charm, i used it and my face is all cleared up now. ive also heard that proactiv works well. if youd like to try some of the mary kay stuff email me, i am a consultant and have some for you. the good thing is that if it doesnt work for you, you can return it and get a 100% refund.

Witchhazel and toothpaste are the two cheapest and quickest fixes. Witchhazel prevents and dries... toothpaste takes the red out and shrinks.
