im 16 and a junior in high school
i want to lose weight but since i have so0o many extra curriclars and hw i just dont have time to go to the gym
any ideas for me?
im 5'7 and 175 lb....i wanna go down to 140-ish

hahah i am not taking cocain and i cant walk to school becuz its too far..i live in nyc and the train ride to school is 20 min so yah...cancel that out

all you gotta do is burn more calories than you eat in a day. i'd suggest, right when you get up in the am, do some pushups, roll over and do some situps. just do 'em till you can't do anymore. that's like....what...a 7 - 10 min. workout? then go shower before school, right? or you could do 'em after your activities, in the evening...but don't do it if it's less than 2 hours till bedtime. you'll have trouble getting to sleep then :-p

not everybody has time to go to the gym. Try eating healthier or less. Or even try exersising at home. Get up earlier then u usually do for school then exersize. Do a daily rutene.

A gym is nice- very nice. But you don't need it.
Eat a good balanced diet, but don't eat junk food or drink sodas. And whenever you can- Walk. Believe it or not, the weight will come off.

Watching what you eat will help quite a bit, watch the treats, chips, cheeses, fast foods, and limit them, cut your portions in half. I know you have a full schedule, so do the people who come to the club and to my classes, but if you want to lose weight and feel better, exercise somehow is what you'll need to add daily somehow. I know it's hard to fit it in, but if it's important to you, you'll do it.

talk to a friend and see if she wants to do and what ever she picks try to take a little jog to were ever she wants to go.
