I'm switching up my ab routine to add more exercises (not necessarily reps) and just looking for feedback. Good, not good, should I do more or less? I'm open to suggestions to other good exercises and routines. Here's my new plan:

Crunches - 3 sets of 50
Twisting Crunches- 3 sets 25
Bicycles Crunches- 2 sets of 25
Leg Raises- 3 sets of 25
Leg Lifts- (legs up 6 inches and hold) 1 minute hold

This is along with other strength and cardio work and diet, of course.

Thanks!

I would suggest some ab exercises with the ball. You can lay on top of it and crunch, military crunches, lay on the floor with the ball lifting with your feet and lowering it, while lifting your head. The ball is super effective and you'll really feel it alot!

Sounds a hell of a lot more intense than mine is!
Also sounds pretty thorough. I do all of those things, just less reps, because that gives you a good overall workout. And if you do cardio also, it should keep you from just developing big bulgy stomach muscles, and make you more lean. I give it a 9.5!

i might cost it a 6 out of 10 in view which you seems to concentration lots on your larger physique positioned some squats, and calf will improve in there those are stable as for resting i might make it so which you relax on Tuesday and Thursday and Saturday and thats it.
