I live in a very hot country, and it is really easy to sweat. I sweat 1 hour easily after a shower. So should I shampoo the hair once everyday or once every other day?

Plus how can I tell the difference between bad oil, natural oil and sweat?

that all depends on what type of hair you have. I wouldn't wash it every day though. your hair and scalp need the natural oils that shampoo strips away. unless your head sweats really bad, not your face but your head, i would wash it when it gets dirty.

Hey,if you wash your hair every other day that is fine.If your climate is hot then you should try every 3-4 days.Just brush at night to bring scalp oil to the ends. That will keep it from drying out from too much washing. All hair oil is good oil, of course some sweat mixed in there but it won't kill you.If you feel like it smells or feels dirty then just wash it.You should not shampoo every day ,or even every other day because you are stripping all the good oils out.You could just rinse it for a while instead of shampooing.

Wash hair every other day. Washing hair every day will only make your scalp produce more oil. Try a good quality tea-tree oil shampoo. It'll make your scalp nice and clean. And you'll like the fresh after-feel. Go easy on conditioner. Try not to apply it directly to the scalp. Concentrate on the ends.
