My wife and I lived in Korea for 6 years prior to coming back to the States a few months ago. It was an AWSOME experience and cant wait for the day we go back to live there. Korea is a beautiful country rich in culture and traditions. It was so much fun learning a whole new way of life. I recommend a trip there to anyone...

Not me but my brother has lived in South Korea for several years now and has no intention of leaving. He is an English professor, the world's safest profession, if anyone can truly be safe.

nahin k, you seriously need to go back to your home country then, right? No that would be wrong, because america takes IMMIGRANTS from Iraq .
I highly doubt there is soldiers beating kids in the head, not american soldiers.
they fight, for even YOU to have freedom!! You were opressed by sadam hussain, now, you have the FREEDOM to come to american and say bad things about us.
and to answer the question. my hubby has been to iraq, and currently is in his third , yr long tour over there.
army, marines, italy soldiers, france soldiers, iraqi soldiers, they are all there.
its not the greatest, but they definitely aren't suffering like they were 3 yrs ago.

me absolutly terrible, i am 23 years old, an iraq is my home country.
recently when i went there i saw a few amerikan soliders place bags over childrens heads, and started to beat them.
i was in a town market in iraq when an amerikan tank fired at the town square, i was one of the ppl to help out at the scene, i found an innocent baby's gory body. an a dead 12 year old. there was urine on his pants, prabaly scared to death.
when i came bak to amerika, i need physical therapy and enrolled in a mental hospital, that scene haunted me in my life for 2 years.
i came out of the hospital with a cuase, to spread the knledge of whats really happeneing in iraq.
insurgents arent bieng killed, the innocents including children are becoming slaughtered.
where i their justice???
WHY?!? GOD I ONLY LOOK UP TO U NOW?? WHY??
WHY R THEY SUFFERING?
WE NEED SOME GUIDANCE FROM UP ABOVE.
