i'm 13 years old (almost 14) and i am 4'10" (yeah, im really short) and i weigh 96 pounds
am i fat?

im 5'8 and weigh 126 pounds...you are actually under your bmi rating (body mass index). you have nothing to worry about you just have to eat properly and get your daily needs. also take a multivitamin daily...no name brand ones are just as good as the expensives dont let them fool you. get daily exersize and walk at least 30 minutes a day +. if you plan to work out, eat a lil more than needed and work out like this...monday, wed, fri...your body needs rest but even on rest days, walk 30 minutes+.
in order to be eating properly you need 5 servings of grains...1 bagel has 4 & 1 piece of whloe wheat bread equalls 1 serving as well as 125 ml cooked rice is 1 serving...5 servings of vegtables and fruit but more is very healthy for you...2 milk products so 1 125ml cup of milk and a yogurt will make 2...& 2 meet or alternatives such as beef pork etc...or fish or 2 tablespoons of peanut butter makes one serving...or 1 egg...125 ml baked beans or 2 slices or lunch meat also equall one serving...if you get your 5522 daily...you are healthy ;-) and dont forget to drink at least 8 ounces of water daily...pop juice or any subsitutez dont count!!!

No your not fat...
You haven't passed your growspurth yet... during that time eat healthy and strech every morning... my cousin is 13 and he weigh 125 pounds even more than me (18, 115 pounds) and the doctor says that it's all gonna disappear after he hits puberty...

Absolutely not! In fact, if you were just a few years older, you would be considered UNDERWEIGHT. Don't believe me? Go to the source I've included and check yourself. You're weight vs. your height is NORMAL. (Just for fun, I kept changing your age in the chart to see at what age you would be considered overweight. Result: 10 yrs old!)
Bottom Line: Stop looking in the mirror & have fun!

You are at a healthy weight.The normal range for your
height is 73-108 lbs.

No. Your weight actually seems kinda on the low side. Ideally you would probably be somewhere between 102-111lbs. So even if you gained a few pounds you still wouldn't be considered overweight, no worries. :-)

No. Maybe if you get into a sport like track or cheerleading you would feel much better. You will gain muscle. But no, you are not fat!!

girl, some girls would kill to be ur size!!!!! no, your not fat!!!!! and i know all those corny shows and stuff say,"people only see that ur beautiful on the inside" but who cares what people think!!!! here, let me give you consideration, i am 5'7" but i weigh around 125. i use to try everthing to lose weight, but then i thought, do people give me a heaven or hell to go to? no!!! but girl, you are not fat.

Eat right, sleep right, and exercise; you'll be fine.
Remember- Confidence is the most beautiful thing in a woman. Feel good about yourself- that's what makes you sexy.
