Is fit tv a good way to loose weight? What shows are best and how often should i do the exercises? Has anyone ever worked out with the channel? Will the weight come off fast? I want to loose weight but I've had problems with finding a good cardio workout. I don't run because i don't want anyone to know that I'm trying to loose weight. So i really need help! Also can jumproping or watching workout shows like the ones on fit tv help get u in shape for running?

It's different for everyone.
Go ahead and watch the workout shows (well, don't watch them, DO them). It'll help. Anyway that you're getting exercise will work for you if you're enjoying it!
I personally like "in Shape with sharon mann" which is on at like, 7am. I don't know when you work out though. You probably want to work out every day, but if you're just starting, try every other day then work up to more.

Go for it! I started exercising at home at first too. I found a exercise program I liked and taped it, then did it when I could. Sure the weight will come off if you do it consistent. For weight loss you'll need to work out at least 4 days a week and more if you can, even if it means going for a walk.
Getting in shape for running will require you doing some aerobic exercise, and walking would help too. It's good to start out with a walk run routine, walking some, running some. Let me know if you have any more questions, be glad to help.
