Start making demands on what he wears and see how he likes it.
And make sure that you can sometimes have some special time with him without the rollers.
And congratulations on being able to sleep with all that on your head.
And by the way, if something as silly as hair rollers interferes with the happiness of your marriage you've got bigger issues. What if you became ill and lost your hair? He didn't marry you for your bed time 'do, did he?

well i sleep in my rollers and my husband does not complain about it.
If he did i would complain about his snoring and how I find it difficult to get to sleep some nights because of it.
Maybe you could try that. Tell him to stop snoring and that then you will stop will maybe stop wearing rollers for a couple a nights a week and use the heated rollers that he has bought for you.
At the end of the day all relationships are about compromising with each other and not being dictated to like he is trying to do with you at the moment

You have nothing to worry about. Use the steam rollers like it is so much better for your hair. it doesn't rip out your hair it hydrates it and makes those curls last longer than a day! definately do it. The Carusso hair thing or whatever - i Have very straight and baby fine hair and i use them it takes 5 minutes!
although your husband needs to be a bit more supportive - i wouldn't just let that go...what is he really saying? don't look good at work ? is he jealous? or the controlling type?

It is important that you remain attractive to him especially while being in bed with him. It is cruel of him to be this straightforward with you but at least he is being honest. I have used the heated rollers in my hair and I have not received any damage. If I ever feel that my hair is loosing shine I will use the Vo5 Hot oil treatment. Hair damage is a lot easier to repair than a hurt marriage. Good luck!

I think it's your hair and it's your decision!! I use heated rollers. They have their advantages. They're faster...you get the same (or better) results. There are products on the market that help protect your hair against heat damage.
Personally, I think you're going to get a lot of answers telling you how silly he's being...and you already know that. Just remember that sometimes husbands are like children and you have to pick your battles with them!

You can buy Heat Mi or Thermal roller which you put in your hair and blow dry. They give you the same effect as setting your hair overnight, but it only takes about an hour. They won't hurt your hair.
