Depends on where you are.
North Pole area im sure its there all the time ;)
elsewhere Im sure its avilible all the time in some places, and others im sure it will start popping upmoreand more.
askyour local store managers to start ordering some.

Normally it doesn't come out in the stores until mid-late november. I wish it came out all year round, although i might be kind of fat.
