Actually what you really do need is go to the attorney general's office, and/or any of the child support offices, where they can assist you in filling out the forms for those, and getting them in the system. To modify the divorce decree, you would need to talk with her lawyer, and the judge on that. They gave me like a dozen copies of the decree, in which, if I approved, and she approved, it was then final (in the final decree), but if there's something I didn't like, I would have to either mail in a letter to change it, and then that process would then go from the judge, to lawyer, to judge again, and again, just to make sure the "language" is appropriate. In language, I'm meaning all the technical terms and such, is in the language of how they word out their documents.
