I work in a bank call center and I think there are some standard responses or information that's useful for all customer service positions. Emphasize that your position is all about the customer. Your job is to make sure that the person is satisfied and has no further questions before you get off the phone with them. Since you can't see their expressions it's important to pick up on their tone of voice. If a customer is upset, it is your job to pacify them. Take responsibility for the issue and resolve the situation. Apologize even if it is not your fault. Do not argue with the customer. Its also important that you are able to multitask in a fast paced environment. Also, tell the interviewer that you LOVE to work with customers. Tell them it makes you feel good if you are able to help others. These are all skills or information that can be used during the interview. As for the nerves, just laugh it off. If you stumble on your words, tell them you're nervous in a funny way. Make an appropriate joke about it and move on. They will admire that you can work through it. They know that interviews are a stressful situation and are understanding to a point. You still need to be able to get your words out and speak coherently. Good Luck!

Go in there like the job is already yours and you're just meeting everyone. If you act like you "own" it, chances are, you will.

If you take the advice of doing shots, maybe consider vodka, so they don't smell it on your breath.

Good Luck!
