Boot to DOS.

Erase the password file(s). They are stored usually in the C:\WINDOWS directory and have the name as:

username.pwl

so if you do a "del *.pwl" then all the passwords will be deleted and you can then just log in with no passwords.

Answermans answer is ok, just try deleting the .pwl file.

Or, if you are stuck on a BIOS password, then just reset the bios either with the jumper or by removing the battery on the mainboard for a few seconds with power cable out.
